I heard you got some new tarps just in time for all the rain you guys are having! I have only been to east moline a couple of times and I know it is a awesome track! I wanted to come up and practice, but with tracks like east moline you don't have to worry about learning the track to find the dangerous parts, the entire track is good and fast! Skate city sounds like fun, thanks for hookin it up!

To all who continue to help support EM BMX Speedway & the sport of BMX, It started with many of our parent's support, guidance and encouragement back in the late 70's and early 80's. There were no cell phones or gun fights. We left the doors unlocked at night and washed our hands only when we ate. In the summer, we left early in the morning and were back when the street lights came on. Yes, I am talking about the days of the War of the Stars & Rondo Classics. That's right... I am talking about rubbing elbows with Stu Thompsen, Harry Leary, Timmy Judge and Rick Moliterno to name a few. Anyway, I am very impressed to see the legacy continue. It is obvious that Paul & Rhonda Depauw and the ENTIRE supporting staff have gone to great lengths in not only keeping the sport alive, but building and maintaining a great track and surroundings. There is no doubt that with this kind of attention to detail, the participation and excitment will continue to flourish. Looking forward to spending time with my kids there, just as my parents did with me... many moons ago. Sincerely, Old School
